Product Purchase/Return/Cancellation Policy/replacement
1)
The Talking Gita product can be purchased from shop
section of Talkinggita.com.
2)
Payments can be made through Credit cards, Debit
cards, and Internet Banking.
3)
Within 2-3 days of receiving the order, the product
will be dispatched.
4)
Cancellation: - Once the order is placed, the customer
can only cancel it before its dispatched. If the product is dispatched
cancellation will not be accepted.
5)
Return: - If the customer wishes to return the
product within 7 days of receiving it, the customer will have to ship the
product back to us at their own expense. Once despatched, the customer will

Replacement – Unboxing video is necessary. If
the product received by the customer is damaged or not in a working condition, the
product can be replaced with the unboxing video/images through email/whats app at

Warranty –
1)
Warranty of 1 Year is valid for the Electronic
Pen from the date of purchase.
2)
To claim a warranty, the customer will have to
produce a valid invoice issued by Aadarsh Technosoft Pvt ltd.
3)
If the Electronic Pen is damaged with water or because
of physical negligence, a warranty will not be applicable.
4)
Charger
and USB warranty is valid for 4 months.
5)
The Talking Bhagavad Gita Book and Box have no
warranty.
